Florian Wegmann – The Connector
Florian Wegmann is the founder and managing director of WefloConsult. Prior to founding WefloConsult, he held various positions in the financial and investment industry. These include UBS Investment Bank, a long/short equity hedge fund, an alternative asset manager and a sustainable forestry and timber project in Africa. Mainly in business development and client-facing roles. A passion for 'the hunt' has led to remarkable results, securing over $300 million in equity, structured credit and debt financing for his clients.
Florian's extensive international network includes wealth- and institutional investment management companies, such as private banks, family offices, and alternative asset managers. Florian holds a Master of Science degree in Management, Technology, and Economics from Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETHZ).
